Farm and crop land

The Willamette Valley is home to farms of amazing variety - small acreage farms with producing crops up to farms with several thousand acres and multiple crops. Some are bare land while others have limited structural improvements and yet others have millions of dollars of complex structures, warehouses and production equipment. The valley is home to grass seed, hazelnuts, blueberries, mint, wine grapes and even sheep. Brush and Associates have had the privilege to inspect and value each of these unique farms.
